三甘醇再生尾气冷却回收工艺研究及实践

摘　　要：海上石油天然气生产平台大多采用三甘醇作为天然气脱水处理剂,三甘醇经再生系统处理后可循环利用,再生系统尾气大部分为水蒸气,同时含有轻烃和甘醇等,不但会对人员健康产生影响,还会造成资源浪费和环境污染。某海上天然气平台针对三甘醇再生系统处理后的高温尾气带来的火炬黑烟、轻烃难以回收等问题,通过工艺流程改造,创新采用尾气冷却方法使三甘醇再生尾气温度由100℃降低至30℃,消除了火炬黑烟,减少了轻烃损失,措施实施后每年可回收轻烃约216 m^(3),节能266 tce,产生经济效益77万元,带来了较好的环保和经济效益,对三甘醇再生装置国产化研究具有一定的指导意义。Most offshore oil and gas production platforms use triethylene glycol as a natural gas dehydration treatment agent.After being treated by a regeneration system,triethylene glycol can be recycled.The tail gas of the regeneration system is mostly water vapor,containing light hydrocarbons and ethylene glycol,which not only affects human health but also causes resource waste and environmental pollution.A certain offshore natural gas platform aims to address the issues of torch black smoke and difficult recovery of light hydrocarbons caused by the high-temperature exhaust gas treated by the triethylene glycol regeneration system.Through process flow transformation and innovative use of exhaust gas cooling method,the temperature of the triethylene glycol regeneration exhaust gas is reduced from 100℃to 30℃,eliminating torch black smoke and reducing light hydrocarbon losses.After the implementation of the measures,approximately 216 m^(3) of light hydrocarbons can be recovered annually,Energy saving of 266 tons of standard coal has generated economic benefits of 770000 yuan,bringing good environmental and economic benefits,which has certain guiding significance for the localization research of triethylene glycol regeneration equipment.
