摘  要:为了解决天然气净化厂清水泵超压回流过大的问题,通过分析永磁调速器工作原理,结合生产需要对清水泵进行磁力调速器加装改造,同步优化了机泵DCS逻辑控制。经过现场应用,机泵运行各项参数稳定,满足实际需要;噪音测试满足职业健康卫生标准,节能测试有功节电率15.8%。实现了节能降耗的目的,为国内外同类机泵改造提供了参考。In order to solve the problem of excessive overpressure and backflow of the clean water pump in natural gas purification plants,the working principle of permanent magnet speed regulation was analyzed.Combined with production needs,on-site modification of the magnetic speed regulation of the clean water pump was carried out,and the DCS logic control of the pump was synchronously optimized.And through on-site application,the operating parameters of the pump are stable,meeting practical needs;The noise test meets occupational health and hygiene standards,and the energy-saving test has an active power saving rate of 15.8%.The goal of energy conservation and consumption reduction has been achieved,providing a reference for the renovation technology of similar pumps at home and abroad.
