摘  要:为研究锌银蓄电池放电态贮存后的充电性能,对放电态贮存3个月后密封和非密封状态的40 Ah锌银蓄电池进行充电,探讨放电态贮存对电池后续充电性能的影响。贮存后,密封单体电池无法充电,非密封单体电池充电容量为5.46 Ah,较额定容量40 Ah大大减少。解剖单体电池,进行气相色谱、XRD和SEM等分析,观察到极板接触的电解液量发生变化。单体电池加5 mL、10 mL电解液和夹具夹紧后再充电,充电容量可达34.34~37.59 Ah。贮存后,电池形变导致内部电解液重新分布,电极接触的电解液量减少,从而使得内阻增加,充电容量减少。To investigate the charging performance of zinc-silver batteries after discharge storage,sealed and unsealed 40 Ah zincsilver batteries are charged after 3 months of discharge storage,and the impact of discharge storage on the subsequent charging performance of the batteries is explored.After storage,the sealed single battery cannot be charged,and the charging capacity of the unsealed single battery is 5.46 Ah,which is significantly reduced from the rated capacity of 40 Ah.Dissecting the single battery,conducting gas chromatography analysis,XRD and SEM,it is observed that the amount of electrolyte in contact with the electrode plate changed.After adding 5 mL and 10 mL of electrolyte and clamping the fixture to the single battery,the charging capacity can reach 34.34-37.59 Ah.After storage,the deformation of battery leads to a redistribution of internal electrolytes,a decrease in the amount of electrolyte in contact with the electrodes,resulting in an increase in internal resistance and a decrease in charging capacity.
