摘 要:优化快充电流可延长锂离子电池的快充循环寿命。为找到可快速准确得到锂离子电池快充电流的方法,基于单层三电极软包装电池,在25℃、35℃和45℃下进行恒电位测试,得到相应温度下的快充电流。结合大容量电池的温升数据,得到大容量电池对应温度和荷电状态(SOC)下的快充电流。循环性能测试发现,与仿真快充电流相比,恒电位测试得到的快充电流在相同的循环电压2.80~4.25 V和放电倍率0.50 C条件下,可将电池的循环性能提升6.93倍。The fast charging cycle life of Li-ion battery can be prolonged by optimizing the fast charging current.In order to find a method that can accurately and quickly obtain the fast charging current of Li-ion battery,based on the single-layer three electrode pouch battery,the constant potential tests are conducted at 25℃,35℃and 45℃to obtain the fast charging current at the corresponding temperature.By combining the temperature rise data of large-capacity batteries,the fast charging current corresponding to the temperature and state of charge(SOC)of the large capacity battery can be obtained.The cycle performance test shows that compared with the simulated fast charging current,the fast charging current obtained from the constant potential test can improve cycle performance of the battery by 6.93 times under the same cycle voltage of 2.80-4.25 V and discharge rate of 0.50 C.
