摘 要:锂离子电池行业对电池质量检测方法的需求日益增长。针对叠片式电池X射线检测方式存在的图像遮挡和不能直接测量x、y方向包覆量的问题,提出一种快速计算机断层扫描(CT)定向重建技术。通过2维(2D)定位切片位置,重建3维(3D)体素数据的两张x、y方向切片图像,再进行正负极顶点定位,实现对包覆量的直接精确计算。使用所提方法的快速CT检测设备与传统2D检测设备相比,误判率可降低2~3个百分点。The demand for battery quality inspection methods in Li-ion battery industry is growing.A rapid computed tomography(CT)directional reconstruction technology is proposed to solve the problems of image occlusion and the inability to directly measure the coating amount in the x and y directions in the X-ray detection method of laminated battery.By positioning the slice position in two-dimensional(2D)and simultaneously reconstructing two slice images in the x and y directions of the three-dimensional(3D)voxel data,the cathode and anode vertices are positioned to achieve direct and accurate calculation of the coating amount.The misjudgment rate of the rapid CT detection equipment using the proposed method can be reduced by 2-3 percentage points compared with the traditional 2D detection equipment.
