摘　　要：随着科技进步和社会变迁,新型毒品案件在全球范围内频繁出现,挑战现有的刑事法律体系。为解决新型毒品案件刑事法律适用中的多重难题,通过对改进毒品性质的推定方法、优化贩卖数量的推定标准、调整纯度折算方法、明确情节严重性的判定标准四个方面进行研究,旨在提高刑事法律适用的效率和公正性,实现对新型毒品案件更科学、更合理的法律适用,以此为相关人员提供实践参考。With technological advancements and social changes,new types of drug cases are emerging frequently worldwide,challenging the existing criminal legal systems.In order to address the multiple challenges in the criminal legal application of new type drug cases,this study focuses on four aspects:improving the methods of determining the nature of drugs,optimizing the standards for estimating trafficking quantities,adjusting purity conversion methods,and clarifying criteria for determining the seriousness of circumstances.The aim is to enhance the efficiency and fairness of criminal legal application,achieve a more scientific and reasonable legal application for new type drug cases,and provide practical references for relevant personnel.
