摘 要:以江苏省南通市立田线旧水泥混凝土路面改建工程为依托,根据原有道路建设状况,采用芯样检测,弯沉检测以及雷达检测的方式,分析道路典型病害及成果。同时结合数值模拟分析,提出旧水泥混凝土路面微裂均质化破碎和加铺方案。随后对均质化加固技术进行研究,选择合适的补强措施,微裂均质化施工结束后,通过实地观察和雷达检测相结合的方式,评价微裂效果,同时与其他“白改黑”技术对比经济效益和环境效益,验证微裂均质化技术在农村公路的适用性。Based on the reconstruction project of old cement concrete pavement of Litian Line in Nantong City,Jiangsu Province,according to the original road construction conditions,core sample detection,deflection detection and radar detection are adopted to analyze the typical road diseases and their causes.Combined with numerical simulation analysis,the paper proposes the micro-crack homogenized crushing and overlay scheme of the old cement concrete pavement,and then studies the homogenized reinforcement technology.After the completion of micro-crack homogenization construction,the effect of micro-crack was evaluated through field observation and ground-penetrating radar detection.Meanwhile,the economic and environmental benefits were compared with other white-to-black technologies to verify the applicability of micro-crack homogenization technology in rural roads.
