摘 要:高藻水体中有大量藻类存在,使得COD、BOD_(5)的测定结果偏高。本研究采用8种预处理方法对高藻水体进行处理并测定其COD、BOD_(5)结果。结果表明:棉质定性纤维滤纸、醋酸纤维滤膜过滤和硫酸铜絮凝沉淀方法均对测定结果的准确度产生较大影响,不宜采用;0.45μm玻璃纤维滤膜、石英纤维滤膜过滤和4000 r·min^(-1)离心10 min方法对水体藻细胞的去除率明显高于63μm尼龙筛绢和25μm尼龙筛绢过滤方法,更有利于排除藻类对COD、BOD_(5)测定结果的影响。因此,不同预处理方法对高藻水体中COD、BOD_(5)的测定结果有很大差异。In water with high algal concentrations,the presence of a large amount of algae leads to elevated levels of COD and BOD_(5).In this study,eight pretreatment methods were used to treat high algal water and to determine the results of COD and BOD_(5).The results indicate that filtration using cotton qualitative fiber filter paper,acetic acid fiber filter membrane filtration and copper sulfate flocculation precipitation methods had great influence on the accuracy of the measurement results,which are not recommended for use.Furthermore,the removal rates of algae cells in water through 0.45μm glass fiber filter membrane,quartz fiber filter membrane filtration,and centrifugation at 4000 r·min^(-1) for 10 minutes,were found to be obviously higher than those achieved by 63μm nylon screen gauze and 25μm nylon screen gauze filtration.This approaches are more effective in mitigating the influence of algae on the results of COD and BOD_(5).Thus,different pretreatment methods have great variations on the measurements of COD and BOD_(5) in high algal water.
