摘　　要：以某水利工程EPC总承包项目合同为研究样本,从项目实际情况出发,对合同中的风险条款进行了阐述与分析,总结出该模式下水利工程项目合同风险管理的重点及方法,旨在更好地对采用EPC总承包模式的水利工程项目进行履约管理。In order to better manage the performance of water conservancy projects using the EPC general contracting model,this paper takes the EPC general contracting contract of a water conservancy project as a research sample,expounds and analyzes the risk clauses in the contract based on the actual project situation,and summarizes the key points and methods of contract risk management of water conservancy projects under this model.
