摘　　要：作为水利工程项目建设的主要劳动力,农民工工资保障关乎社会的和谐稳定和健康发展。近年来,虽然国家相继出台了多项法律政策保障农民工的权益,但在工程项目建设过程中农民工工资支付方面仍然存在一些漏洞,导致农民工工资拖欠问题依然存在。阐述了对水利工程行业中农民工工资管理的现状,对其存在的问题进行了探讨,并就如何加强农民工工资支付管理和防控风险提出了见解。As the main labor force in the construction of water conservancy projects,the wage guarantee of migrant workers is related to the harmony,stability and healthy development of society.In recent years,although the state has successively issued a number of laws and policies to protect the rights and interests of migrant workers,there are still some loopholes in the payment of migrant workers'wages in the construction process of engineering projects,resulting in the problem of migrant workers wage arrears.Therefore,this paper discusses the current situation and existing problems of migrant workers wage management in the water conservancy engineering industry,and puts forward its own insights on how to strengthen management and prevent and control risks.
