亭子口灌区一期工程Ⅲ标段隧洞围岩膨胀性分析

摘　　要：亭子口灌区一期工程Ⅲ标段布置有隧洞、渡槽、明渠等建筑物,共计布置了25座隧洞,总长度约为41.8 km,隧洞围岩类别以Ⅳ、Ⅴ类占比高,总体质量较差。隧洞围岩主要为粉砂质泥岩、泥质粉砂岩不等厚互层。其中粉砂质泥岩、泥质粉砂岩具有透水性弱、亲水性强、遇水膨胀、失水收缩干裂等特性。阐述了对围岩膨胀特性进行的研究与分析,通过试验确定了围岩自由膨胀率、饱和吸水率、膨胀力等膨胀参数,为确定隧洞初期支护及后期钢筋混凝土衬砌厚度、钢筋配筋等提供了设计依据。The BidⅢof Tingzikou Irrigation Area FaseⅠProject is equipped with tunnels,aqueducts,open channels and other buildings.There are 25 tunnels,with a total length of about 41.8km,and the surrounding rock of the tunnel has a high proportion of classⅣandⅤ,and the overall quality is poor.The surrounding rock of the tunnel is mainly composed of silty mudstone and mudstone siltstone interlayer with different thickness.Among them,silty mudstone and argillaceous siltstone have the characteristics of weak permeability,strong hydrophilicity,water expansion,water loss shrinkage and dry cracking.In this paper,the expansion characteristics of surrounding rock are analyzed,and the expansion parameters of surrounding rock such as free expansion rate,saturated water absorption rate and expansion force are determined through tests,which provides design basis for determining the thickness of the initial support and the reinforced concrete lining and reinforcement of the tunnel.
