“结构-行动”视角下的赋权与倡导:一个面向基层流动妇女的应用戏剧实践变迁研究

摘　　要：作为社会工作实践工具的应用戏剧具有赋权与倡导双重功能,但不同应用戏剧形式的功能差异以及赋权-倡导关系问题并未受到足够关注。本文以北京M社工机构近十余年中引人应用戏剧方法服务于基层流动妇女的经历为例,在“结构-行动”视角下关注M机构由社区剧场转向游戏剧场的实践策略和结果。不同的应用戏剧有不同的内在赋权-倡导关系结构,同时,M机构作为基层民间组织也受到物质结构条件的肘。受这些内外结构条件的影响,在M机构开展的社区剧场中,赋权与倡导目标存在紧张关系从而无法得到兼顾,直接赋权的目标实现部分受阻;而对戏剧舞台效果的追求帮助社区剧场产生了较好的倡导致变性,但覆盖性和持久性存在不足。在社区剧场转向游戏剧场后,直接赋权转化为间接赋权,赋权与倡导的张力得以消解,但也因此无法获得直接赋权的收益;不过游戏剧场保持了较好的倡导致变性,并且在倡导的覆盖性和持久性上展现了优势。这些发现彰显了引介应用戏剧时结构洞察与策略选择的重要性。As a tool for social work practice,applied drama has dual functions of empowerment and advocacy.However,the functional differences of different applied drama forms and the relationship between empowerment and advocacy have not received enough attention.This study adopts the perspective of"structure-action"to take the experience of M social work Agency in Beijing in the past decade of introducing and applying drama methods to serve grassroots migrant women as an example.It focuses on the practical strategies and results of M social work agency's transformation from community theater to game theater.Different applied dramas have their inherent empowerment-advocacy relationship structure,while M organization,as a grassroots organization,is also constrained by the material structure conditions.Under the influence of these internal and external structural conditions,in the community theater carried out by M organization,there is a tension between empowerment and advocacy goals,which cannot be balanced,partially resulting in the unachievement of the goal of direct empowerment.The pursuit of theatrical stage effect has helped community theater produce better advocacy and variability,but there are insufficient coverage and continuity.When community theater turns into game theater,direct empowerment is transformed into indirect empowerment,and the tension between empowerment and advocacy is dissolved,but the benefits of direct empowerment cannot be obtained.However,game theater maintains good advocacy variability,and shows advantages in advocacy coverage and persistence.These findings highlight the importance of structural insight and strategic choice in the introduction of applied drama.
