摘 要:随着医学科学的发展和工程技术的进步,越来越多的新技术及高精尖医疗设备被应用于临床。微创手术因具有比传统开放手术创伤小、痛苦少、手术瘢痕小、术后恢复快、住院时间短、医疗费低用等优点而被广泛应用于临床。腔镜设备是微创手术所需的重要设备,与患者直接接触,其科学管理工作十分重要。该研究采用层次分析法分析影响手术室腔镜正常使用的各影响因子指标和权重,以获得相应的改进方法与目标,从而采取针对性措施进行改进,提高手术室腔镜的正常使用率。经研究发现,医师的操作水平指标权重最大,对手术室腔镜的正常使用影响最大。通过层次分析法找出手术室腔镜正常使用的影响因素,为优化手术室腔镜使用管理提供了依据,能够有效提高手术室腔镜正常使用率及手术室运转效率。With the development of medical science and the advancement of engineering technology,more and more new technologies and high-precision medical equipment are being applied in clinical practice.Compared with traditional open surgery,minimally invasive surgery is widely used in clinical practice due to its advantages of less trauma,less pain,smaller surgical scars,faster postoperative recovery,shorter hospital stay,and lower medical costs.As an important equipment required for minimally invasive surgery,the department management of endoscopic equipment is very important because it directly contacts patients.In this study,the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)was used to analyze the indicators and weights of various influencing factors that affect the normal use of operating room endoscopes,in order to obtain corresponding improvement methods and goals,and take targeted measures to improve and increase the normal use rate of operating room endoscopes.Through research,it has been found that the operational level of physicians has the highest weight and has the greatest impact on the normal use of operating room endoscopy.Through the analytic hierarchy process,the influencing factors of the normal use of endoscope in the operating room were obtained,which provided a basis for optimizing the management of the use of endoscope in the operating room.In addition,it can effectively improve the normal utilization rate of endoscope in the operating room and the operating efficiency of the operating room.
