“港医通”互联网医院发展背景、建设意义及其创新模式的研究分析

摘　　要：“港医通”是深圳市前海蛇口自贸区医院在互联网医院建设过程中的一个模块。课题组充分发挥自贸区的区域优势和政策优势,在深圳市前海蛇口自贸区创建“港医通”就医平台。采取在线预约、远程就诊、线下就诊、一站式药械配送、健康商城、健保核销、医疗保险、健康档案管理等系列功能服务形式,实现跨境医疗服务、全科专科转诊、境外药品及疫苗使用、医保及商保支付结算、以患者为中心的电子健康记录等功能,以医促融;把深圳和香港地区的医疗资源整合成一个整体,为香港地区与深圳居民提供线上医疗服务,为香港地区与深圳的医生提供线上接诊平台。"Gang Yi Tong"is a module of Shenzhen Qianhai Shekou Free Trade Zone Hospital in the process of Internet hospital construction.The research group gave full play to the regional advantages and policy advantages of the free trade zone,and created a"Gang Yi Tong"medical platform in Shenzhen Qianhai Shekou Free Trade Zone.A series of functional service forms such as online appointment,remote treatment,offline treatment,one-stop drug and equipment distribution,health mall,health insurance verification,medical insurance,and health records management were adopted to realize cross-border medical services,general specialist referral,overseas drug and vaccine use,medical insurance and commercial insurance payment and settlement,patient-centered electronic health records and other functions,so as to promote medical integration.Integrate the medical resources of Shenzhen and Hong Kong region into a whole,provide online medical services for Hong Kong region and Shenzhen residents,and provide online reception platforms for doctors in Hong Kong region and Shenzhen.
