摘 要:采用中红外(MIR)光谱技术开展了二甲基硅油中杂质的结构及半定量研究。实验发现:二甲基硅油分子结构红外吸收模式主要包括:CH_(3)官能团不对称伸缩振动模式(ν_(asCH3-二甲基硅油))、CH_(3)官能团不对称弯曲振动模式(δ_(asCH3-二甲基硅油))、CH_(3)官能团对称弯曲振动模式(δ_(sCH3-二甲基硅油));Si-O官能团伸缩振动模式(ν_(Si-O-二甲基硅油))、Si-C官能团伸缩振动模式(ν_(Si-C-二甲基硅油))和CH_(3)官能团面内摇摆振动模式(ρ_(CH3-二甲基硅油))。二甲基硅油中杂质结构红外吸收模式主要包括:C-H官能团伸缩振动模式(νC-H-杂质结构)、CH_(2)官能团不对称伸缩振动模式(ν_(asCH2-杂质结构))、CH_(2)官能团对称伸缩振动模式(ν_(sCH2-杂质结构))、C=O官能团伸缩振动模式(ν_(C=O-杂质结构))、C=C官能团伸缩振动模式(ν_(C=C-杂质结构))和CH_(2)官能团面内摇摆振动模式(ρ_(CH2-杂质结构))。二甲基硅油中杂质结构主要包括:芳基、羰基及烃类等杂质结构,其中芳基及羰基杂质结构含量相对较低,而烃类杂质结构含量则相对较高。MIR光谱初步开展了二甲基硅油中杂质的结构及半定量研究,具有重要的应用研究价值。The structure and semi quantitative studies on impurities in dimethyl silicone oil was studied by mid infrared(MIR)spectroscopy technology.It is found that the infrared absorption modes of dimethyl silicone oil molecular structure mainly include CH_(3) functional group asymmetric stretching vibration mode(ν_(asCH3-dimethyl silicone oil)),CH_(3 )functional group asymmetric bending vibration mode(δ_(asCH3-dimethyl silicone oil)),CH3 functional group symmetric bending vibration mode(δ_(sCH3-dimethyl silicone oil)),Si-O functional group stretching vibration mode(ν_(Si-O-dimethyl silicone oil)),Si-C functional group stretching vibration mode(ν_(Si-C-dimethyl silicone oil))and CH3 functional group rocking vibration(ρ_(CH3-dimethyl silicone oil)).The infrared absorption modes of dimethyl silicone oil impurity structure mainly include C-H functional group stretching vibration mode(ν_(C-H-impurity structure)),CH_(2) functional group asymmetric stretching vibration mode(νasCH2-impurity structure),CH_(2) functional group symmetric stretching vibration mode(ν_(sCH2-impurity structure)),C=O functional group stretching vibration mode(νC=O-impurity structure),C=C functional group stretching vibration mode(ν_(C=C-impurity structure))and CH_(2) functional groups rocking vibration(ρ_(CH2-impurity structure)).The impurity structures of dimethyl silicone oil mainly include aromatic,carbonyl,and hydrocarbon impurity structures.Among them,the content of aromatic and carbonyl impurity structures is relatively low,while the content of hydrocarbon impurity structures is relatively high.MIR spectroscopy has conducted preliminary structural and semi quantitative studies on impurities in dimethyl silicone oil,which has important application research value.
