摘  要:重整生成油脱氯剂是芳烃重整生产中必不可少的助剂,主要为了脱除重整生成油中微量的氯化物,避免对下游装置产生腐蚀。为了降低采购成本及关键技术自主化,某炼化企业开发了1种重整生成油脱氯剂,目前已经完成小试实验室研发、中试侧线评价、工业化试生产,实现了产品配方固化,脱氯性能可以满足生产需求。在此基础上,对该脱氯剂进行了30 t的全流程工业化生产。文中介绍了在首次生产过程中对工业操作条件的摸索和优化调整,通过查看不同生产条件对产品性能指标的影响,实现最佳操作条件的确定,成功完成生产任务。The dechlorination agent for reforming oil is an essential auxiliary in the production process of aromatics reforming,mainly to remove trace amounts of chlorides in the reforming oil and avoid corrosion problems on downstream devices.In order to reduce procurement costs and achieve key technology autonomy,a refining and chemical enterprise in Northeast China has developed a dechlorination agent for reforming generated oil.Currently,it has completed small-scale laboratory research and development,pilot scale side line evaluation,and industrial trial production,achieving product formulation solidification and dechlorination performance that can meet production needs.On this basis,a full process industrial production of 30 tons of the dechlorination agent was carried out.This article introduces the exploration and optimization adjustment of industrial operating conditions during the first production process.By examining the impact of different production conditions on product performance indicators,the optimal operating conditions are determined and the production task is successfully completed.
