摘　　要：目的探讨癃闭舒联合盐酸坦洛新对良性前列腺增生患者前列腺功能及炎症因子的影响。方法选取2020年12月至2022年12月德清县人民医院诊治的70例良性前列腺增生患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组35例。对照组采用盐酸坦洛新治疗,观察组采用癃闭舒联合盐酸坦洛新治疗。比较两组的疗效、前列腺功能相关指标[国际前列腺症状评分(IPSS)、前列腺体积(PV),最大尿流率(Qmax)]、炎症因子[血清白介素-8(IL-8)、人巨噬细胞趋化蛋白-1(MCP-1),肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)],比较两组不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组IPSS、IL-8、MCP-1、TNF-α低于治疗前,Qmax高于治疗前,且观察组IPSS、IL-8、MCP-1、TNF-α低于对照组,Qmax高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论癃闭舒联合盐酸坦洛新治疗良性前列腺增生疗效确切,可有效控制患者的临床症状,降低炎症因子水平,安全性较好。Objective To explore the effect of Longbishu combined with tamsulosin hydrochloride on prostate function and inflammatory factors in patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia.Methods A total of 70 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia who were treated in Deqing County People's Hospital from December 2020 to December 2022 were selected as study objects and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with tamsulosin hydrochloride,while the observation group was given Longbishu combined with tamsulosin hydrochloride.The efficacy,prostate function related indicators[international prostate symptom score(IPSS),prostate volume(PV),maximum urinary flow rate(Qmax)],inflammatory factors[serum interleukin-8(IL-8),human macrophage chemoattractant protein-1(MCP-1),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)]were compared between the two groups,and the incidence of adverse reactions was compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).IPSS,IL-8,MCP-1,TNF-αlevels of the two groups were lower than before treatment,while the Qmax level was higher than before treatment,and the observation group had lower IPSS,IL-8,MCP-1,TNF-α levels,and higher Qmax level than the control group,with significant differences(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Longbishu combined with tamsulosin hydrochloride is effective in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia.It can effectively control the clinical symptoms of patients,reduce the level of inflammatory factors,and has good safety.
