摘　　要：随着社会经济发展,我国重要矿产品的对外依存度不断提高,资源安全问题日益凸显。加快建立和实施符合我国国情的矿产资源战略储备体系已成为我国高质量发展的重大举措,对保证国家资源安全、保障经济社会可持续发展有重要意义。本文在系统梳理矿产资源战略储备影响因素基础上,分析我国矿产资源战略基地储备面临的挑战,参考借鉴欧美的关键矿产战略,针对相关因素,讨论建立和完善我国重要矿产资源战略基地储备体系的目标任务并提出措施建议。With the development of society and economy,the external dependence of important mineral products in China continues to increase,and resource security issues are becoming increasingly prominent.Accelerating the establishment and implementation of a strategic reserve system for mineral resources that is in line with China's national conditions has become a major measure for high-quality development,which is of great significance for ensuring national resource security and ensuring sustainable economic and social development.Based on a systematic review of the factors influencing the strategic reserve of mineral resources,this article analyzes the challenges faced by China's strategic reserve of mineral resources.Referring to key mineral strategies in Europe and America,and targeting relevant factors,it discusses the goals and tasks of establishing and improving China's important strategic reserve system of mineral resources,and proposes measures and suggestions.
