摘 要:为探究燕山花椒的快速繁殖技术,以燕山花椒半木质化枝条为试材,研究不同部位、不同浸泡时间、NAA和IBA混合激素不同配比及浓度对燕山花椒嫩枝扦插的影响,筛选出其嫩枝扦插繁殖的适宜条件。试验结果表明:(1)枝条中部插穗扦插生根率最高,达40%。(2)插穗在激素中浸泡60 min的扦插生根率最高,达53.33%。(3)在NAA和IBA混合激素不同配比及浓度的试验中,2:1配比500 mg/L的生根效果最佳,生根率为76.67%,平均根长为23.05 cm,平均生根数为10.44条,根系效果指数为24.30。因此,在燕山花椒嫩枝扦插试验中,选用适宜的枝条部位、浸泡时间以及合适的NAA和IBA混合激素配比及浓度,可以显著提高燕山花椒嫩枝扦插的生根率和生根效果。In order to explore the rapid propagation method of Zanthoxylum bungeanum in Yanshan,the semi-lignified cuttings were used as the material,the effects of different parts of cuttings,different soaking times,and different ratios and concentrations of mixed hormones of NAA and IBA on the cuttings of Zanthoxylum bungeanum were studied,and the optimal conditions for rooting were screened out.The results showed that:(1)The rooting rate of cuttings in the middle of the shoot was the highest,reaching 40%.(2)The rooting rate of cuttings soaked in hormones for 60 min was the highest,reaching 53.33%.(3)In the test of the ratio and concentration of mixed hormones of NAA and IBA,the rooting effect of 2∶1 ratio of 500 mg/L was the best,the rooting rate was 76.67%,the average root length was 23.05cm,the average number of roots was 10.44 and the root effect index was 24.30 In the cuttings of Zanthoxylum bungeanum,choosing appropriate branch parts,soaking time,and appropriate ratio and concentration of NAA and IBA mixed hormones,the rooting rate and rooting effect of the cuttings of Zanthoxylum bungeanum were improved.
