摘 要:为了降低涡轮盘的服役应力、提高涡轮盘的寿命和可靠性,对加工过程中未去应力的涡轮盘试验件进行超速预应力试验,并对试验前后的轮盘试验件进行残余应力测试。研究表明:超速预应力试验可以对轮盘的关键部位(盘心)预制残余压应力,残余周向应力计算值与测量值相比误差为9.2%;超速预应力试验可以降低轮盘表面的残余应力,与试验前相比残余周向应力最大降幅达58%;超速预应力试验可以提高轮盘的服役寿命,与试验前相比寿命预测提升1倍。In order to reduce the service stress of the turbine disk,and improve the service life and relia-bility of the turbine disk,the overspeed prestressing test was carried out on a turbine disk test piece with-out removing the stress in machining process,and the residual stress was tested on the disk test piece be-fore and after the test.The results show that overspeed prestressing test can prefabricate the residual com-pressive stress of the key part of the disk(disk core),and the error of the calculated residual circumfer-ential stress is 9.2%compared with the measured value;the overspeed prestressing test can reduce the residual stress on the surface of the disk,and the residual circumferential stress decreases by the maxi-mum of 58%compared with that before the test;the overspeed prestressing test can improve the service life of the disk,and the life prediction can be doubled compared with that before the test.
