摘　　要：目的:探讨慢性社会困境感知对戒断期冰毒成瘾者身心症状的影响,以及述情障碍和社交焦虑在慢性社会困境感知与身心症状之间的序列中介作用。方法:采用慢性社会困境感知量表、多伦多述情障碍量表、社交焦虑量表、简易症状量表对557名参与社区戒毒的男性冰毒成瘾者进行调查。结果:慢性社会困境感知、述情障碍、社交焦虑和身心症状之间存在显著正相关(r=0.189~0.440;P<0.01);述情障碍和社交焦虑在慢性社会困境感知对身心症状的影响中起序列中介作用,其中述情障碍的中介效应量为23.09%,社交焦虑的中介效应量为2.75%,述情障碍和社交焦虑的序列中介效应量为1.13%。结论:慢性社会困境感知既可以直接影响戒断期冰毒成瘾者的身心症状,又可以通过述情障碍和社交焦虑间接影响戒断期冰毒成瘾者的身心症状。Objective:To investigate the effects of perceived chronic social adversity on psychological symptoms in Methamphetamine withdrawal period personnel and the serial mediating role of alexithymia and social anxiety between per⁃ceived chronic social adversity and psychosomatic symptoms.Methods:The Perceived Chronic Social Adversity Question⁃naire,the Toronto Alexithymia Scale,the Social Anxiety Scale,and the Brief Symptom Inventory were used to investigate 557 male community drug addicts.Results:There were significant positive correlations between perceived chronic social adversity,alexithymia,social anxiety and psychosomatic symptoms(r=0.189~0.440;P<0.01);alexithymia and social anxi⁃ety played a serial mediating role between the effects of perceived chronic social adversity on psychosomatic symptoms,with a mediating effect size of 23.09%for alexithymia and 2.75%for social anxiety.The serial mediating effect of alexi⁃thymia and social anxiety was 1.13%.Conclusion:Perceived chronic social adversity can affect the psychosomatic symp⁃toms of methamphetamine addicts in withdrawal both directly and indirectly through alexithymia and social anxiety.
