孤独污名量表在中国中年人群中的信效度检验

摘　　要：目的:研究旨在考察孤独污名量表在我国中年人群中的信度和效度。方法:使用孤独污名量表、孤独感量表、痛苦表露量表、羞怯量表、自我隐瞒量表、简版社交焦虑量表、社交恐怖量表和凯斯勒心理困扰量表,对1124名中年人进行调查。结果:中文版孤独污名量表包括10个条目,分为孤独自我污名和孤独公众污名两个维度,总方差解释率为74.14%。孤独污名与孤独感、羞怯、自我隐瞒、社交焦虑、社交恐怖和心理困扰显著正相关;与痛苦表露显著负相关。总量表及各维度的Cronbach’sα系数分别为0.943,0.919和0.925;分半信度为0.938,0.919和0.919。此外,量表具有跨性别的测量等值性。结论:中文版孤独污名量表具有良好的心理测量学属性,可以作为评估我国中年人孤独污名的有效工具。Objective:The present study aimed to test the reliability and validity of the Stigma of Loneliness Scale(SLS)in middle-aged people in our country.Methods:The SLS,the UCLA Loneliness Scale,the Distress Disclosure Index,the Revised Cheek and Buss Shyness Scale,the Self-Concealment Scale,the Social Interaction Anxiety Scale;the Social Pho⁃bia Scale,and the Kessler Psychological Distress Scale were administered to survey 1124 middle-aged adults.Results:The Chinese version of the scale consisted of 10 items,divided into two dimensions,namely,Self-Stigma of Loneliness and Public Stigma of Loneliness,with a total variance explained of 74.14%.The total score and the scores of two factors were significantly correlated with loneliness,distress disclosure,shyness,self-concealment,social interaction anxiety,social pho⁃bia,and psychological distress.The Cronbach’sαcoefficient value for the scale and its two dimensions were 0.943,0.919,and 0.925,respectively;the split-half reliability scores were 0.938,0.919,and 0.919.In addition,there was cross-gender invariance for the SLS.Conclusion:The Chinese version of the Stigma of Loneliness Scale possessed sound psychometric properties,which makes it a valid tool for assessing the stigma of loneliness among middle-aged people in China.
