孤独症谱系障碍儿童父母生活质量量表在中国的修订

摘　　要：目的:修订孤独症谱系障碍儿童父母生活质量量表(quality of life in autism scale,QoLA-Parent Version)中文版,并检验其在中国孤独症谱系障碍(以下简称ASD)儿童父母群体中的信、效度。方法:采用中文版孤独症谱系障碍儿童父母生活质量量表、养育者压力量表、广泛性焦虑量表、认知融合量表对371名ASD儿童父母进行测量,间隔四周后对随机抽取的31名ASD儿童父母进行重测。结果:修订后的中文版孤独症谱系障碍儿童父母生活质量量表Part A验证性因素分析八因素模型拟合较好(χ^(2)/df=2.61,GFI=0.86,NFI=0.89,CFI=0.93,TLI=0.92,IFI=0.93,RMSEA=0.07),各条目标准化因素负荷值介于0.54~0.93之间,支持原量表八因素模型;Part B验证性因素分析三因素模型拟合较好(χ^(2)/df=3.47,GFI=0.88,NFI=0.91,CFI=0.93,TLI=0.92,IFI=0.93,RMSEA=0.08),各条目标准化因素负荷值介于0.59~0.87之间。全量表以及A、B分量表的Cronbach’sα系数分别为0.95,0.95,0.96,重测信度分别为0.86,0.86,0.76,且与效标量表呈显著负相关(r=-0.34~-0.58,P<0.001)。结论:中文版孤独症谱系障碍儿童父母生活质量量表具有良好的信、效度,可用于评估中国ASD儿童父母的生活质量。Objective:The research aimed to adapt the Chinese quality of life in autism scale(QoLA-Parent Version)and to test its reliability and validity.Methods:A questionnaire was administered to 371 parents of children of ASD using the QoLA-Parent Version,Generalized Anxiety Disorder Scale(GAD-7),Caregiver Strain Questionnaire-Chinese Version(CSQ-C),and Cognitive Fusion Questionnaire(CFQ).31 parents of children with ASD were randomly selected to exam the test-retest reliability at four-week interval.Results:The confirmatory factor analysis of Part A of the Chinese QoLA-Par⁃ent version showed good model fit(χ^(2)/df=2.61,GFI=0.86,NFI=0.89,CFI=0.93,TLI=0.92,IFI=0.93,RMSEA=0.07),and the factor loading values for each item ranged from 0.54~0.93.The confirmatory factor analysis of Part B of the Chinese QoLAParent version showed good model fit(χ^(2)/df=3.47,GFI=0.88,NFI=0.91,CFI=0.93,TLI=0.92,IFI=0.93,RMSEA=0.08),the factor loading values for each item ranged from 0.59~0.87.The Cronbach’sαcoefficient value for the overall scale of Chi⁃nese QoLA-Parent Version,Part A and Part B were 0.95,0.95,0.96 respectively,Four-weeks test-retest reliability were 0.86,0.86,0.76 respectively.The overall scale of Chinese QoLA-Parent Version,Part A and Part B were significantly and negatively correlated with GAD-7,CSQ-C,CFQ(r=-0.34~-0.58,P<0.001).Conclusion:The Chinese Quality of Life in Autism scale(QoLA-Parent Version)has good reliability and validity,and can be used as a valid tool to assess the level of quality of life among parents of children with ASD in China.
