摘  要:为改善传统房柱采矿法开采深部磷矿回采率低、安全性差等问题,提出了条带式胶结充填采矿法,通过数值模拟的方法对比分析了4种回采方案下4种工况的塑性区、应力及位移变化,并根据数值模拟确定的结果在首采区进行开采试验。试验结果表明:综合考虑各方面因素,确定的最优回采方案为6 m×12 m,最优回采顺序为矿房“隔一采一”。条带式胶结充填采矿法在开采过程中地压稳定,施工安全性高;与传统房柱采矿法相比,条带式胶结充填采矿法每个条带采出矿石量提高了529 t,回采率提高了24.28个百分点,极大地改善了传统房柱采矿法低回采率造成的资源浪费问题,为企业提高了约13%的利润。研究结果可为同类型矿山提供一定借鉴。In order to improve the problems of low recovery rate and poor safety of deep phosphate rock mining by traditional room-and-pillar mining method,a strip cemented filling mining method was proposed.The plastic zone,stress and displacement changes of four working conditions under four mining schemes were compared and analyzed by numerical simulation.According to the results determined by numerical simulation,the mining test was carried out in the first mining area.The test results show that considering various factors comprehensively,the optimal mining scheme is determined to be 6 m×12m,and the optimal mining sequence is“mining one every other one”.The strip cemented filling mining method has stable ground pressure and high construction safety in the mining process.Compared with the traditional room-and-pillar mining method,the strip cemented filling mining method increases the amount of ore mined from each strip by 529t,and the recovery rate increases by 24.28percentage points,which greatly improves the resource waste caused by the low recovery rate of the traditional room-and-pillar mining method,and increases the profit of the enterprise by about 13%.The research results can provide some reference for the same type of mines.
