摘 要:为满足煤矿井下沿空留巷巷旁支护的支护阻力及施工的易操作性,提出了采用注浆充填钢管墩柱来进行巷旁支护,即使用注浆材料代替混凝土作为钢管的充填物。研究了注浆充填钢管墩柱的承载能力及受力特性,利用ABAQUS软件对注浆充填钢管墩柱的受压变形进行了数值模拟分析。结果表明:Ф159 mm×8 mm的钢管灌注水灰比为0.4的注浆材料,承载能力达到2000 kN以上,满足煤矿井下沿空留巷巷旁支护及其他工程需求;注浆充填钢管墩柱受载变形出现层状折叠,变形最大处在中间位置;上下承压板的护肋板结构具有很高的承载能力,能够有效保护上下承压板以维持墩柱的稳定性;短柱GST试件在受载时应力最大值分布在柱体的加载面附近,但柱体中间位置应力分布均匀;长柱墩柱的弯曲变形出现在中间位置,现场应用时应该考虑柱长进一步加长墩柱后承载能力的折减,采用加固长柱中间或加大钢管直径的方法来提高墩柱稳定性。研究结果对于掌握注浆钢管墩柱的承载性能以及下一步的推广应用具有重要价值。In order to satisfy the support resistance of roadside support in gob-side entry retaining and the easy operation of construction in coal mine,grouting steel tube was proposed to carry out roadside support,that was,grouting material was used instead of concrete as the filling material of steel pipe.The bearing capacity and stress characteristics of grouting steel tube were studied,and the compression deformation of grouting steel tube was numerically simulated by ABAQUS software.The results show that the grouting material with a water cement ratio of 0.4injected into a steel pipe with a diameter of 159mm×8mm has a bearing capacity of over 2000kN,which meets the needs of roadside support in gob-side entry retaining and other engineering projects in coal mine.The loading deformation of the grouting steel tube appears layered folding,and the maximum deformation is in the middle position.The rib plate structure of the upper and lower bearing plates has high bearing capacity,which can effectively protect the upper and lower bearing plates to maintain the stability of the tube.The maximum stress of the short GST specimen is distributed near the loading surface of the tube,but the stress distribution in the middle of the tube is uniform.The bending deformation of the long GST specimen appears in the middle position.In the field application,it should be considered that the bearing capacity will be reduced after the grouting steel tube is lengthened.The stability of the grouting steel tube should be improved by strengthening the middle of the long tube or increasing the diameter of the steel pipe.The research results are of great significance for mastering the bearing capacity of grouting steel tube and the next promotion and application.
