摘  要:铝合金因质轻、价廉、导热性能好被广泛应用于电子通信领域,而电子产品和通信设备更加轻量化和集成化,单位体积的热耗不断增加,常规导热铝合金已经不能满足需求。总结了国内外高导热铝合金的研究进展,简述了铝合金的导热机理,详细阐述了合金元素、铸造方式和热处理工艺对合金热导率的影响,综述了铝合金热导率量化模型(Wiedemann-Franz Law、串联并联模型、Maxwell模型和Hashin-Shtrikman模型)的研究近况,并对高导热铝合金的未来发展进行展望。Aluminum alloys are widely used in the field of electronic communications due to the lightweight,low cost,and desirable thermal conductivity.Electronic products and communication devices are becoming more lightweight and integrated,leading to an increasing heat dissipation per unit volume,and conventional thermal conductive aluminum alloys cann't meet the requirements.The domestic and overseas research progress in aluminum alloys with high thermal conductivity were summarized.The thermal conduction mechanism of aluminum alloys was briefly described,and effects of elements,casting methods,and heat treatment on the thermal conductivity of alloys were expounded in detail.In addition,the research status of quantitative models for thermal conductivity of aluminum alloys were reviewed,including Wiedemann-Franz Law,series-parallel model,Maxwell model,and Hashin-Shtrikman model.Finally,the future development of high thermal conductivity aluminum alloys was prospected.
