摘 要:建立了反射隔热涂层的有限差分模型,提出了涂层传热过程二维温度场数值模拟算法和三维温度场椭圆插值算法,基于Qt应用程序开发框架并使用CPU并行加速方法开发了隔热涂层隔热性能模拟软件,模拟计算了有涂层和无涂层的基板温度场,得到了涂层对基板温度上升速度与最终温度的影响,验证了该软件的适应性和可靠性。The finite difference model of reflective thermal insulation coating was established,and a numerical simula⁃tion algorithm of two-dimensional temperature field and ellipse interpolation algorithm of three-dimensional tempera⁃ture field for the heat transfer process of the coating were proposed.A simulation software to predict thermal insulation performances of coating was developed based on Qt application development framework and CPU parallel acceleration.On this basis,the temperature field of coated and uncoated substrates was calculated,and effects of coating on tempera⁃ture rise rate and final temperature of substrate were obtained,verifying the adaptability and reliability of the software.
