摘 要:通过数值模拟研究了不同超声条件下单个空化泡的动力学行为。结果表明,超声幅值对空化泡的运动具有显著影响。当超声幅值低于101 kPa时,空化泡做正弦运动,且其尺寸变化较小。随着超声幅值逐渐增加,空化泡的运动转变为瞬态空化。在瞬态空化过程中,较低的超声频率、环境压力和较小的空化泡初始半径能够增强空化效应。当超声幅值增加到1 414 kPa时,空化泡的尺寸会变得很大,且不易被压缩溃灭,从而延长了其在熔体中存在的时间,进一步促进气体脱出过程。The behavior of a single cavitation bubble under different ultrasonic conditions was investigated by numeri⁃cal simulation.The results indicate that the ultrasonic amplitude has a significant effect on the movement of cavitation bubbles.When the ultrasonic amplitude is below 101 kPa,the movement of the bubble follows a sinusoidal pattern with minor size variation.With the increase of ultrasonic amplitude,the movement of cavitation bubbles is converted to transient cavitation.During the transient cavitation process,lower ultrasonic frequency,ambient pressure and smaller initial radius of cavitation bubble can enhance the cavitation effect.When the ultrasonic amplitude reaches 1414 kPa,the bubble size becomes large and difficult to be compressed and collapsed,thus prolonging the existence time in the melt and further facilitating the gas extraction process.
