摘  要:研究了双级时效对Mg-13Gd-5Y-0.6Mn-0.5Ca挤压镁合金平衡相析出和力学性能的影响。结果表明,双级时效和单级时效均可有效提升试验镁合金的室温力学性能,但前者对于试验镁合金挤压后力学性能的提升明显高于后者,伸长率从挤压态的1.8%提升到2.5%。双级时效进一步改善试验合金性能的机理为促进Mg5Gd平衡相的析出。The effects of two-stage aging on the precipitated equilibrium phases and properties of Mg-13Gd-5Y0.6Mn-0.5Ca extruded magnesium alloy were investigated.The results reveal that two-stage aging and single-stage aging can effectively improve the room temperature tensile properties of tested magnesium alloy,however the effects of two-stage aging is superior to that of single-stage aging,and elongation is increased from 1.8%to 2.5%.The mecha⁃nism for further improvement of the tested alloy by two-stage aging is characterized by promoting the aging precipita⁃tion of Mg5Gd equilibrium phase.
