摘 要:针对摩托车发动机的铝合金单缸缸盖结构紧凑、壁厚不均匀和砂芯形状复杂等特点,分析研究铝合金缸盖模具结构和砂芯设计特点,运用MAGMA软件模拟分析铝合金缸盖低压铸造的温度、压力和冷却速度等因素对凝固组织的影响。通过铸件凝固结晶过程模拟研究缸盖铸件卷气、热节和燃烧室重点位置的孤立液相发生情况。采用正交试验对缸盖低压铸造过程相互交织作用的工艺因素进行比较分析,找出权重影响因子进行重点的精细化控制,实现低压铸造预设的凝固顺序,提高铝合金缸盖铸件内部凝固组织致密性及低压铸造产品品质。Aiming at the characteristics of single-cylinder aluminum alloy cylinder head of motorcycle engine,such as compact structure,uneven wall thickness and complex sand core shape,the mold structure and design characteristics of aluminum alloy cylinder head were analyzed,and MAGMA software was used to simulate and analyze the influence of temperature,pressure and cooling rate on solidification structure.The occurrence of gas-entrapment,hot spot and combustion chamber in the key positions of cylinder head casting was investigated through the simulation of the solidifi⁃cation crystallization process of casting.The orthogonal experimental method was used to simulate and compare the processing factors of the interacted effect of cylinder head low-pressure casting process,and the weight influencing fac⁃tor was found out for the fine control of the key to realize the preset solidification sequence of low-pressure casting,improving the internal solidification and crystallization density of aluminum alloy cylinder head castings and the produc⁃tion quality of low-pressure casting.
