摘　　要：目的探究优质护理干预对浓替硝唑含漱液促进颌骨囊肿患者手术切口恢复的影响。方法选取青岛大学附属青岛市口腔医院口腔颌面外科颌骨囊肿120例患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为实验组60例,对照组60例。所有患者术后均采用浓替硝唑含漱液漱口。对照组采用常规护理干预方式,实验组采用优质护理干预方式。观察并比较两组颌骨囊肿患者术后切口疼痛情况和愈合状况。结果实验组依从性高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),实验组手术切口疼痛程度低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),实验组手术切口愈合效果显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.428,P<0.05)。结论在浓替硝唑含漱液漱口治疗的基础上,优质护理干预可以提高颌骨囊肿患者术后自我护理的依从性,降低手术切口的疼痛程度,提高手术切口的愈合效果。Objective To explore the effect of high quality nursing intervention on concentrated tinidazole gargle promoting surgical incision recovery in patients with jaw cyst.Methods A total of 120 patients with jaw cyst in the hospital were selected as the study objects,and were divided into the experimental group(60 cases)and the control group(60 cases)by random number table method.All patients were gargled with concentrated tinidazole gargle after operation.The control group adopted conventional nursing intervention,and the experimental group adopted high-quality nursing intervention.The incision pain and healing status of the two groups were observed and compared.Results The compliance of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the degree of incision pain in experimental group was lower than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the wound healing effect of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.428,P<0.05).Conclusions On the basis of gargling treatment with concentrated tinidazole gargle,high quality nursing intervention can improve the postoperative self-care compliance of patients with jaw cyst,reduce the pain degree of surgical incision,and improve the healing effect of surgical incision.
