设置药学服务费的内在逻辑与医保支付思路探析

摘　　要：目的:对设置药学服务费的内在逻辑进行探讨,以期完善药学服务价格,创新药学服务模式。方法:基于文献研究,定性分析药学服务费政策的发展情况。结果:相比药事服务费,药学服务费综合考虑了医院、医保和患者的三方利益,内涵和性质更加清晰合理,具有更高的社会应用价值,科学性、合理性与可行性明显提升。结论:将药学服务费纳入医保支付范围,明确支付标准和服务项目,合理应用大数据管理,更好地推进医药卫生体制改革的进一步深化。Objective To explore the internal logic of pharmacy service fee,and to improve pharmacy service price and innovate pharmacy service model.Methods Based on the literature review,the development of pharmacy service fee policy was qualitatively analyzed.Results Compared with pharmaceutical service fee,pharmacy service fee comprehensively considered the tripartite interests of hospitals,health insurance and patients.The connotation and nature of pharmacist service fees were clearer and more reasonable,with higher social application value,and the scientificity,rationality,and feasibility have been significantly improved.Conclusion It is necessary to include pharmacy service fee in the scope of medical insurance payments,clarify payment standards and service items,and reasonably apply big data management,in order to better promote the further deepening of health system reform.
