摘　　要：目的:分析四川省基层卫生信息化建设现状及存在的问题,为完善基层卫生信息化建设提供参考。方法:整群和分层抽样相结合,选取四川省1028家基层医疗卫生机构进行问卷调查。结果:基层卫生信息化的基础设施建设薄弱,资金投入、人才配置、医共体业务协同、条块系统互联互通及新技术应用不充分;基层卫生业务信息系统的供需不平衡,地区之间卫生信息系统的数量、建设率等也存在不平衡。结论:加大基层卫生信息化资金与人才建设投入力度,提升基层卫生信息化运维保障水平;坚持应用导向,按系统优先级补齐基层高需业务信息系统;坚持高层推动,建立基层卫生信息化应用生态。Objective To analyze the current situation and problems of primary health informatization construction in Sichuan Province,and to provide reference for improving primary health informatization construction.Methods A combination of whole group and stratified sampling was used to select 1,028 primary healthcare institutions in Sichuan Province to conduct a questionnaire survey.Results The infrastructure construction of primary health informatization was weak and there were some problems in terms of capital investment,talent allocation,collaboration of medical community business,departmental interconnection,and application of new technologies.The supply and demand of primary health business information systems were unbalanced,and there was also an imbalance in the number and construction rate of health information systems between different regions.Conclusion It is necessary to increase capital and talent investment in primary health informatization construction,improve the guarantee level of primary health information operation and maintenance,adhere to the application-oriented and make up high demand for business information systems according to the system priority,and adhere to the high-level promotion and establish the application ecology for primary health informatization.
