摘 要:在空气净化消毒杀菌中,传统的LED灭活和紫外照明灯灭活和静电吸附等方法难以对高速流动的空气进行高效净化,为此设计并测试了一种基于紫外激光用于室内消杀杀菌的空气净化装置,利用266 nm的紫外激光破坏微生物细胞中的脱氧核糖核酸(DNA)或核糖核酸(RNA)结构从而达成超高速空气消杀效率,其消毒净化过程中无副产物和二次污染。基于266 nm深紫外激光光源多次往复反射折叠形成深紫外激光光幕,通过雾化器制备大肠杆菌气溶胶并通过气泵将含有大肠杆菌气溶胶的流动气体通过深紫外激光光幕,并测量消毒前后大肠杆菌浓度。试验评估了该装置的净化效果和性能表现。结果表明:在紫外激光功率为1 W,气泵的风量为37 L/min,大肠杆菌浓度为2 500~25 000 CFU/m3情况下,紫外激光空气净化装置对大肠杆菌的单次通过杀菌效率可以达到99.97%。所设计的装置及试验结果可为紫外激光空气净化装置的改进与优化提供技术参考和数据支撑。Traditional methods such as LED inactivation,ultraviolet illumination,and electrostatic adsorption are inefficient in purifying rapidly flowing air.To address this issue,an air purification device based on ultraviolet laser is designed and tested for indoor disinfection and sterilization.Utilizing 266 nm ultraviolet laser,the structure of deoxyribonucleic acid(DNA)or ribonucleic acid(RNA)in microbial cells is disrupted,achieving ultra-high-speed air disinfection efficiency without any by-products or secondary pollution.Based on a 266 nm deep ultraviolet laser source,a deep ultraviolet laser curtain is formed by multiple reflections and folding,through which air containing escherichia coli aerosols generated by a nebulizer is passed via a pump.The concentration of escherichia coli is measured before and after disinfection.Experimental tests are conducted on the designed device to evaluate its purification effectiveness and performance.The results show that,with an ultraviolet laser power of 1 W,pump airflow of 37 L/min,and escherichia coli concentration ranging from 2500 to 25000 CFU/m3,the single-pass sterilization efficiency of the ultraviolet laser air purification device can reach 99.97%.The conclusions drawn from the device and experiments can provide technical references and data support for the improvement and optimization of ultraviolet laser air purification devices.
