摘  要:紫外激光作为一种新型的消毒因子有巨大潜力在空气消杀净化领域替代传统技术。针对深紫外激光光束覆盖面积小、工作效率低的问题,提出一种基于深紫外激光高反射膜的空气杀菌消毒机结构,其原理是激光器输出深紫外光消毒光束到激光反射腔体,腔体中的深紫外激光高反射膜将深紫外光多次往返反射形成杀菌消毒光幕,空气循环系统将外部空气抽入激光反射腔体,空气中细菌、病毒和其他微生物在通过光幕时被超快消杀灭活,再将空气排出机器。生物实验结果表明,该试验机在160 m3密闭空间开启120 min后,空气中菌落总数为2.4 CFU/(皿·15 min),并且周边30 cm处的紫外线泄漏量小于0.1μW/cm2,空气中臭氧浓度小于0.003 mg/m3,符合GB/T18202—2000和GB15982—2012对紫外线消毒机对空气中菌落总数、紫外线泄漏量和空气中臭氧浓度的要求。该杀菌消毒腔杀菌效果良好,消杀效率高,同时有效防止紫外光泄漏。Ultraviolet laser,as an emerging disinfection factor,has the potential to replace traditional techniques in the field of air disinfection and purification.To address the issues of limited coverage area and low efficiency of deep ultraviolet laser beams,a novel air sterilization and disinfection device based on deep ultraviolet high-reflection membrane is proposed.The operational principle involves the laser emitting deep ultraviolet disinfection beams into a laser reflection chamber.The deep ultraviolet high-reflection film reflects the light multiple times to generate a sterilization and disinfection light curtain.The air circulation system draws external air into the laser reflection chamber,where bacteria,viruses,and other microorganisms in the air are rapidly killed as they pass through the light curtain,after which the air is expelled from the machine.Biological experimental results indicate that after 120 minutes of operation in a sealed space of 160 m^(3),the total colony count in the air is 2.4 CFU/(dish·15 min),with ultraviolet leakage at a distance of 30 cm from the device being less than 0.1μW/cm^(2),and ozone concentration in the air less than 0.003 mg/m³.These results comply with the requirements of GB/T18202-2000 and GB15982-2012 regarding total colony count,ultraviolet leakage,and ozone concentration in the air for ultraviolet disinfection devices.The sterilization and disinfection chamber demonstrates excellent sterilization efficacy,high disinfection efficiency,and effectively prevents ultraviolet light leakage.
