摘　　要：冲压是汽车制造过程的关键环节之一,而开卷线作为冲压的第一道工序,其成品板料缺陷检测对于保证冲压成品件的制造质量具有重要意义。当前主机厂基本采用人工抽样检验形式,存在检测质量不稳定、缺陷不易识别及检测效率低下的问题。随着制造业数智化转型的加速推进,对于冲压开卷线板料缺陷自动检测的需求也日益增长。从机器视觉的定义、分类、测量等方面出发,结合现场实际工况,进行了硬件选型、布局,匹配相应机器视觉软件开发,并采取可靠的测量监控方式,最终成功在冲压开卷线上应用了机器视觉技术,实现了对冲压板料表面缺陷的自动检测和识别。研究成果可为冲压开卷线在线板料缺陷检测系统设计提供借鉴,有助于提高汽车制造质量和生产效率,对于制造业的数智化转型也具有一定的参考价值。Press is one of the key links in the automotive manufacturing process,and as the first process of pressing,the uncoiling line's defect detection of finished sheet metal is of great significance in ensuring the manufacturing quality of press finished parts.Currently,car factories mainly use manual sampling inspection,which has problems such as unstable inspection quality,difficult identification of defects,and low inspection efficiency.With the acceleration of digital transformation in the manufacturing industry,the demand for automatic defect detection of pressing and uncoiling lines is also increasing.Starts from the definition,classification,measurement,and other aspects of machine vision,combined with the actual working conditions on site,hardware selection and layout are conducted,the corresponding machine vision software is developed,and reliable measurement and monitoring methods are used.In the end,machine vision technology is successfully applied on the uncoiling line,achieving automatic detection and recognition of surface defects in press sheet metal.The technology provides a reference for the design of an online defect detection system for uncoiling lines,which helps to improve the quality and production efficiency of automotive manufacturing,and also has certain significance for the digital transformation of the manufacturing industry.
