摘　　要：简要介绍了P640红外热像仪的组成、温度量程,以及目前常用的红外监测诊断标准及适用范围。通过3起不同类型的电气设备异常发热故障,系统分析了故障隐患的排除方法和排除依据,总结了故障产生的原因,给出了处理建议,并就检测中遇到的问题给出了快速准确锁定异常点位置和正确判断内部缺陷的经验做法,提出评价电子元器件异常点发热的建议,对于配电箱及控制箱的电气设备检测诊断工作具有很好的指导作用和借鉴意义。The composition and temperature range of the P640 infrared thermal imager,as well as the commonly used infrared monitoring diagnostic standards and their applicable ranges,are briefly introduced.Through three different types of electrical equipment abnormal heating faults,the methods and basis for eliminating potential faults are systematically analyzed,the causes of the malfunction are summarized,and handling suggestions are provided.The experience and practice of quickly and accurately locking the position of abnormal points and correctly judging internal defects encountered in the detection are provided,and suggestions for evaluating the heating of abnormal points in electronic components are proposed.It has a good guiding role and reference significance for the detection and diagnosis of electrical equipment in distribution boxes and control boxes.
