摘  要:透平发电机组是海上平台中复杂且集成化程度很高的机电设备,承担着为平台各个系统供电的重任。为分析海上平台透平发电机组电气系统设备的调试过程及方法,从电气系统调试角度出发,依托国内某平台透平发电机组的调试过程,对机组电气系统设备组成及调试方法进行分析梳理,总结电气系统设备的调试注意事项,并形成主要结论:透平发电机组点火启动前,要对电气系统设备做好线缆校线及绝缘检查,确认压接端子连接紧固;透平发电机组负载加载测试时,输出电压与频率保持相对稳定,功率因数维持在0.85附近,对于发电机组的稳态运行至关重要;在并车试验时,负荷加载速度必须平缓,并合理分配并联机组的有功功率与无功功率;在负载转移测试时,控制调频调压合理,避免升降幅度过大导致机组停机。Turbine generator set is the complex integrated mechanical and electrical equipment of offshore platform,which undertakes the important task of power supply for each system.In order to analyze the commissioning process and methods of the electrical system equipment of offshore platform turbine generator sets,from the perspective of electrical system commissioning,relying on the commissioning process of a domestic platform turbine generator set,the composition and commissioning methods of the electrical system equipment of the unit have been analyzed,the matters needing attention are summarized,the main conclusions are drawn as follows:before the turbine generator set is ignited and started,it is necessary to do cable alignment and insulation inspection for the electrical system and confirm that the crimping terminals are connected tightly.During the load testing of turbine generator,maintaining a relatively stable output voltage and frequency,with a power factor around 0.85,it is crucial for the steady-state operation of the generator set.During parallel testing,the load must be gentle and the active power and reactive power of the parallel unit must be rationally distributed.During load transfer testing,the control of frequency and pressure is reasonable to avoid shutdown of equipment.
