摘 要:结合对智能变电站、传统变电站以及特殊场景下(如500 kV变电站3/2断路器接线方式)的电能质量监测的调研和研究,提出了一种适用于多种场景的多通道可配置型电能质量监测终端的设计方案。详细叙述了多通道可配置型电能质量监测终端的系统总体架构、软硬件架构设计方案和接口设计方案、主要功能模块实现,以及数字模拟采样高度兼容适应、多通道信号矢量叠加等关键技术。对电能质量监测关键指标的准确度测试与验证表明其准确度达到了GB/T 19862《电能质量监测设备通用要求》的A级设备要求。采用板卡式、模块化设计思路,软件驱动层、系统层、业务层解耦,应用App化,具备灵活可扩展的优点,对类似终端设备的设计具有一定指导意义。Based on the research and investigation of power quality monitoring in intelligent substations,traditional substations,and special scenarios(such as the 3/2 circuit breaker connection method in 500 kV substations),a design scheme for a multi-channel configurable power quality monitoring terminal suitable for multiple scenarios is proposed.The overall system architecture,software and hardware architecture design scheme,interface design scheme,main functional module implementation,as well as key technologies such as digital analog sampling high compatibility adaptation,multi-channel signal vector superposition,etc.of the multi-channel configurable power quality monitoring terminal are described in detail.The accuracy testing and verification of key indicators for power quality monitoring show that its accuracy meets the A-level equipment requirements of GB/T 19862"General Requirements for Power Quality Monitoring Equipment".Adopting a board based and modular design approach,decoupling the software driver layer,system layer,and business layer,and applying App,it is flexible and scalable,which has certain guiding significance for the design of similar terminal devices.
