在用机动车稳态工况法和双怠速法的差异性比对分析

摘　　要：在机动车环保检验中,对于待检车型应选用稳态工况法还是双怠速法应做出准确判断,同时要保证检测数据准确,且节约成本和检测时间。试验对在用机动车分别用稳态工况法和双怠速法各进行5组测定,并对检测结果进行比较和分析。在进行稳态工况法前,要检查排气分析仪前置过滤器是否需要更换;车辆在检测前,必须在无负荷情况下,发动机在2500r/min的转速状态下,连续运转240 s预热后再进行检测,才能保证结果的准确性。双怠速法属于静态检测,而检测项目中缺少氮氧化合物(NOx),不能很好地反映机动车尾气排放中的有毒有害成分。稳态工况法配合底盘测功机,对机动车进行加载检测,模拟机动车在路面上行驶阻力,更能仿真机动车在路面上行驶所排出的尾气成分。结果表明:稳态工况法更能反映点燃式发动机中的汽油燃烧的充分程度,比双怠速法的检测数据更准确,时间更短,更适合机动车环保检验机构使用。In the environmental inspection of motor vehicles,an accurate judgment should be made on whether to use the steady-state working condition method or the double idle method for the vehicle model to be inspected,while ensuring the accuracy of the testing data and saving costs and testing time.In the experiment,5 sets of measurements are conducted on the motor vehicles in use using the steady-state operating method and the dual idle method,respectively,and the test results are compared and analyzed.Before conducting the steady-state operating method,check whether the pre filter of the exhaust analyzer needs to be replaced.Before conducting the vehicle inspection,the engine must run continuously at a speed of 2500 r/min without load for 240 s before preheating,in order to ensure the accuracy of the results.Double idle method belongs to static detection,and the detection project lacks nitrogen and oxygen compounds(NOx),which can not well reflect the toxic and harmful components in motor vehicle exhaust emissions.The steady-state working condition method is combined with chassis dynamometer to carry out loading detection on the motor vehicle,simulate the driving resistance of the motor vehicle on the road surface,and simulate the exhaust gas components emitted by the motor vehicle on the road surface.The results show that the steady-state operating method can better reflect the adequacy of gasoline combustion in spark ignition engines,and is more accurate and shorter in time than the double idle method.It is more suitable for use by motor vehicle environmental inspection agencies.
