摘　　要：利用智慧环保理念对餐厨垃圾进行无害化处理,垃圾预处理环节利用红外线探头技术进行破袋预处理、AI智能垃圾分离设备进行“垃圾智能分类”;高温发酵仓中,利用大数据自学习系统,构建了不同条件下最优参数模型;利用高性能PID光离子传感器,基于5G技术,实现餐厨垃圾处理过程中VOCs气体的实时数据采集、分析、监管等,达到垃圾发酵气体无害化排放的目的。Based on the concept of intelligent environmental protection,harmless treatment of kitchen waste was carried out.In the process of waste pretreatment,infrared probe technology was used for bag breaking treatment,and AI intelligent waste separation equipment was used for“intelligent waste classification”.In the high temperature fermentation barn,the self-learning system of big data was used to construct the optimal parameter model under different conditions.The use of high-performance PID photoion sensor,based on 5G technology,can achieve the real-time data acquisition,analysis and supervision of VOCs gas in the process of kitchen waste treatment,so as to achieve the purpose of harmless waste fermentation gas emission.
