摘 要:聚乙烯是化学工业中十分重要的产品,也是目前产量最大、应用最广泛且发展最快的的通用合成树脂。催化剂技术的每一次进展,都引起了聚乙烯合成工艺技术的突破。目前市场占有率最高的乙烯聚合催化剂为Ziegler-Natta催化剂与铬系催化剂,同时茂金属催化剂因其独特的性质,应用前景广阔。目前,我国聚乙烯产品中的通用树脂由于产能过剩竞争十分激烈,但高端产品仍然短缺,一定程度上依赖进口,机理研究可以在一定程度上指导聚乙烯催化剂产品的开发。本文对三种催化剂的聚合机理的研究进行综述,通过对催化剂原理的研究,可以更好地理解乙烯聚合过程的立体化学,为催化剂产品开发提供支持。Polyethylene is a very important product in the chemical industry,and is currently the largest,most widely used,and fastest developing general-purpose synthetic resin.Every advancement in catalyst technology has led to breakthroughs in polyethylene synthesis technology.At present,the ethylene polymerization catalysts with the highest market share are Ziegler Natta catalysts and chromium based catalysts.At the same time,metallocene catalysts have broad application prospects due to their unique properties.At present,the general resin in polyethylene products in China is highly competitive due to overcapacity,but high-end products are still in short supply and rely to some extent on imports.Mechanism research can guide the development of polyethylene catalyst products to a certain extent.The research on the polymerization mechanisms of three catalysts was reviewed.By studying the principles of catalysts,we can better understand the stereochemistry of ethylene polymerization process and provide support for the development of catalyst products.
