摘 要:以东方航空机械加工厂电镀废水为研究对象,开发了电絮凝-集成膜处理工艺。实验表明:电絮凝过程pH=7,电流密度5 A/dm^(2),电极板间距2.5 cm,电解时间35 min,集成膜进水pH=11,工作压力3.5 MPa, COD可降低至56.43 mg/L,悬浮物可降低至35.43 mg/L,两者去除率分别达到了97.42%和98.91%,出水中重金属含量均低于《电镀污染物排放标准》中污染物排放浓度限值。集成膜的再生使用碱液和次氯酸钠溶液清洗2.5 min,再使用盐酸清洗2.5min,膜通量可达到92.5%~98.2%之间。The electro flocculation integrated membrane treatment process was developed for electroplating wastewater from Dongfang Aviation Machinery Processing Plant as the research object.The experiment showed that the pH of the electrocoagulation process was 7,the current density was 5 A/dm^(2),the electrode plate spacing was 2.5 cm,the electrolysis time was 35 min,pH of the integrated membrane inlet water was 11,the working pressure was 3.5 MPa,COD can be reduced to 56.43 mg/L,and the suspended solids can be reduced to 35.43 mg/L.The removal rates of both reached 97.42%and 98.91%,respectively.The heavy metal content in the effluent was lower than the pollutant emission concentration limit in the Electroplating Pollutant Emission Standard.The regeneration of the integrated membrane used alkaline solution and sodium hypochlorite solution to clean for 2.5 min,followed by hydrochloric acid cleaning for 2.5 min.The membrane flux can reach between 92.5% and 98.2%.
