摘  要:简要介绍了喷漆废气中漆雾及含VOCs的废气的来源及相应的控制措施。漆雾和VOCs组成及特性不同,喷漆废气的净化治理首先需要对漆雾进行预处理,然后对含VOCs废气进一步净化处理。本文重点论述了漆雾处理和含VOCs废气净化措施,分析了各措施的适用性及局限性。多技术组合净化的方法是将来治理含VOCs废气的主要发展方向。通过多技术组合净化方法的处理,可实现高的处理效率高、低的运行能耗。对于具有回收价值的有机组分,在满足投资收益率的情况下建议采用回收净化法以实现有效的废气处理和资源回收。通过本文的探讨分析,希望为涂装行业对废气的高效处理、绿色发展提供合理的参考意见。The sources of paint mist and exhaust gas containing VOCs in spray paint exhaust gas were introduced.The composition and characteristics of paint mist and exhaust gas containing VOCs were different,so the first step was to remove the paint mist,and then purify the exhaust gas containing VOCs.The effective treatment measures of paint mist and exhaust gas containing VOCs in spray paint exhaust gas were summarized,and the applicability and limitations of each measures were analyzed.Results showed that the multi-technology combination purification treatment was the main development direction of spray paint exhaust gas treatment in the future.The treatment method can achieve the high treatment efficiency and low operating energy consumption.If there was a reasonable investment return,it was recommended to adopt recycling purification method to achieve effective treatment and resource recovery.Reference for the effective treatment of exhaust gas and the green development of coating industry was provided.
