摘 要:基于绍兴市生活垃圾、一般工业固废的组成特点,结合绍兴市清能环保有限公司的垃圾焚烧现状,分析了生活垃圾/一般工业固废1∶1掺比下焚烧飞灰的化学组分及浸出毒性等。选取了该掺比焚烧下的飞灰进行化学药剂螯合联合水泥固化试验,进一步探索了螯合剂、水泥、水的掺比对飞灰固化废物重金属稳定化效果影响,实现飞灰固化经济效益与环保效益的平衡。Based on the composition characteristics of domestic waste and general industrial solid waste in Shaoxing,combined with the current situation of waste incineration in Shaoxing Qingneng Environmental Protection Co.,Ltd.,the chemical composition and leaching toxicity of incineration fly ash in the 1∶1 mixing ratio of domestic waste and general industrial solid waste were analyzed.The fly ash under incineration with this mixing ratio was selected for chemical agent chelation combined cement solidification test,and the influence of the mixing ratio of chelating agent,cement and water on the stabilization effect of heavy metals in fly ash solidification waste was explored,so as to achieve the balance between economic benefits and environmental benefits of fly ash solidification.
