摘　　要：建立了一种蒸馏后流动注射法测定城市污泥中总氰化物的分析方法。在0.00~0.10 mg/L之间,标准曲线的线性相关系数达0.999 0以上,以称样量8.000 0 g计,含水率为75%的城市污泥样品,方法检出限为0.05 mg/kg。通过测定实际城市污泥样品,进行了方法验证,加标回收率为95%~105%之间,测定结果的RSD<3%。采用两种方法对同一城市污泥样品进行测定,测定结果的相对偏差小于2%。A method for determination of total cyanide in municipal sludge by flow injection after distillation was established.In the range of 0.00~0.10 mg/L,the linear correlation coefficient of the standard curve was above 0.9990.The detection limit of the method was 0.05 mg/kg for municipal sludge samples with 75%moisture content and the weighing sample volume was 8.0000 g.The method was verified by measuring actual municipal sludge samples.The recoveries were 95%~105%,and RSD of the measured results was less than 3%.The relative deviation of the two methods was less than 2%.
