摘　　要：目前国内液化天然气(简称LNG)接收站的卸货码头液态LNG的取样装置的设备主要是由国外知名企业如美国JSKOOT公司、法国OPTA公司、比利时industry international(现更名为360KAS)等进行供应。当前国际形势紧张,国外的设备不仅价格高昂而且关键技术完全由国外企业垄断控制。随着国内大批LNG接收站的陆续建成,实现LNG取样设备的国产化迫在眉睫。国产化取样系统经现场使用和分析,可以满足ISO 8943:2007标准的要求,在线色谱分析仪分析数据的重复性符合国际液化天然气进口国联盟组织(GIIGNL)发布的《LNG运输监护手抄册》的要求。该取样系统操作便捷,样品检测结果更能体现该时间段天然气组成,软件技术应用的可视化程序语言具有简单易学、数据采集和统计分析功能强大等特点,且结果稳定可靠。Up to now,Liquefied Natural Gas(LNG)sampling equipment at the unloading terminals of the LNG receiving terminal in China is mainly supplied by well-known foreign companies such as JSKOOT,OPTA and Industry International(now renamed 360KAS).In the current tense international situation,not only foreign equipment is expensive,but also the key technologies are completely monopolized and controlled by foreign enterprises.With the successive construction of a large number of the LNG receiving terminals,it is urgent to realize the localization of LNG sampling equipment.The domestic sampling system can meet the requirements of ISO 8943:2007 after field use and analysis.The repeatability of the data analyzed by the on-line chromatographic analyzer met the requirements of the LNG Custody Transfer Handbook by GIIGNL.The sampling system was convenient to operate,and the sample test results can better reflect the natural gas composition in the same time period.The visual programming language of software technology application was simple and easy to learn,powerful in data collection and statistical analysis,and the results were stable and reliable.
