摘 要:石油化工行业硫化氢制酸装置是重要的环保装置,也是产能装置,通常采用锅炉给水泵向汽包供应软化水产生中压蒸汽实现热能输出。某企业硫化氢制酸装置锅炉给水泵采用多级离心泵用作软化水输送,在运行过程中存在出口压头过剩,能耗偏高,不利于生产操作的问题,本文结合该厂硫酸装置多级离心泵进行节能改造实例,介绍了离心泵的参数情况,分析了多级离型泵的改造方案、改造措施和改造效果。最后对抽级后的离心泵的运行情况进行总体评价。从监测数据可以看出,实施抽级改造后,软化水泵出口压力和电流均由一定幅度的下降,节能效果较为明显,实现了节能降耗的总体目标。Hydrogen sulfide sulphuric acid plant in petrochemical industry is an important environmental protection device and production capacity device.Usually,boiler feed water pump is used to supply softened water to drum to produce medium pressure steam to realize heat energy output.The boiler feed water pump of a hydrogen sulfide acid plant in an enterprise adopts multi-stage centrifugal pump as softened water transportation.In the process of operation,there are problems such as excess outlet pressure head,high energy consumption,which is not conducive to production operation.Combined with the example of energy-saving transformation of multi-stage centrifugal pump in sulfuric acid plant of the plant,the parameters of centrifugal pump were introduced,and the transformation scheme,transformation measures and transformation effect of multi-stage release pump were analyzed.Finally,the overall evaluation of the operation of the centrifugal pump after pumping was carried out.It can be seen from the monitoring data that after the implementation of the pumping transformation,the outlet pressure and current of the softening water pump were reduced by a certain extent,and the energy saving effect was obvious,which achieved the overall goal of energy saving and consumption reduction.
