摘  要:某火力发电厂超临界机组水源为水库水,针对水库水的水质特点、以及循环冷却水的运行工况和水质要求,经过对循环水处理系统真空加液氯、电解食盐水制取次氯酸钠、外购成品次氯酸钠(NaClO)、以及综合法电解制二氧化氯杀菌等多方案的技术经济比较。结果表明:循环冷却水处理采用外购成品次氯酸钠(NaClO)杀菌处理方案,具有系统安全可靠性高、运行管理维护量小、一次性投资较小、环保效益好等优点,可保证循环水处理系统的安全经济运行。The water source of supercritical unit in a fossil fuel power plant is reservoir water.According to the water quality characteristics of the reservoir water,as well as circulating cooling water conditions and water quality requirements,several schemes for circulating water treatment system,such as adding liquid chlorine in vacuum,making sodium hypochlorite from electrolytic salt water,chlorine dioxide by electrolysis,and outsourcing finished sodium hypochlorite(NaClO)were technically and economically compared.The results showed that the sterilization and algae-removal treatment with purchased finished sodium hypochlorite for circulating cooling water treatment had the advantages of high safety and reliability of the system,small amount of operation,management and maintenance,small one-time investment and good environmental protection benefit,which can ensure the safe and economic operation of the circulating water treatment system.
