摘　　要：跨国网络犯罪组织逐渐策划和实施更加复杂的犯罪活动,给社会治安和国家利益造成了巨大的威胁。要惩治跨国网络犯罪,单一国家的力量显然是不够的,各国政府和执法机构必须加强合作,共同打击这些犯罪行为,国际刑事司法协助在这个过程中起着至关重要的作用,它为各国提供了一个信息交流和协调行动的平台,使得各国能够共享情报、收集证据,协同执法行动,以实现打击跨国网络犯罪的目标。Transnational cybercrime organizations are increasingly planning and executing more complex criminal activities,posing significant threats to societal security and national interests.To combat transnational cybercrime,the efforts of individual countries are evidently insufficient.Governments and law enforcement agencies worldwide must enhance cooperation to collectively combat these criminal behaviors.International criminal judicial assistance plays a crucial role in this process,providing a platform for information exchange and coordinated action,enabling countries to share intelligence,gather evidence,and coordinate law enforcement actions to achieve the goal of combating transnational cybercrime.
